Шаркэкуины – это водные животные, способные также жить и на суше.
В море или океане – это опаснейшие и свирепейшие хищники.
На суше – относительно безобидные лошади.

Но не все так просто.
Итак, начну с самого начала – вид.
Шаркэкуинов можно в некоторой степени считать разновидностью гиппокампов.
Собственно, в воде они похожи на акул, как формой плавников, так и окрасом.
Передняя часть тела – голова, шея, грудь – очень мощные. Ноги, кстати говоря, тоже крепкие. Задняя часть, т.е. хвостовая, - как у акул. Тело имеет обтекаемую форму, что позволяет быстро развивать большую скорость.
В длину могут достигать 4-5 метров.
Имеются жабры.
Обращаю внимание, что челюсти у Шаркэкуинов тоже напоминают акульи.
Во-первых, они могут открываться под очень большим углом, насколько это возможно (верхняя и нижняя челюсти соеденины перепонками).
Во-вторых, в этих самых челюстях имеются очень острые зубы, которые могут достаточно быстро обновляться.

На суше Шаркэкуины выглядят как обычные лошади, за исключением масти – она остается неизменной.
Рост от 165 до 185 (190) см.
Гривы нет (собственно, как и в предыдущем виде).
Жабры не видны (как правило, просто плотно прижимаются к шее, «маскируясь»).
Рот становится обычным, «затягиваясь» (т.е. «маскируется» как и жабры). Однако при запахе крове, агрессии, каком-либо раздражителе либо когда лошадь играет, может появиться даже в лошадином облике.
В общем виде выглядит как массивная, плотная лошадь.

Шаркэкуины не издают звуков, ну, разве что кроме звука хрустящих зубов и челюстей.

Все Шаркэкуины – хищники. В их рацион может входить планктон, рыба и мясо. (Иногда они могут пожирать «несъедобные» вещи, например, какой-нибудь хлам. Допускать этого нелья, т.к. животные сами себе вредят и своему желудку).
Они очень прожорливые и вечно голодные.
Снижен болевой порог.
Хорошо развиты слух и обоняние, однако зрение у Шаркэкуинов не самое лучшее, и при плохом освещении или же в полной темноте практически «слепы».
Кожа Шаркэкуинов покрыта мелкой чешуюй, как и у акул.

Собственно, в отличии от акул, Шаркэкуины не совсем одиночки. Они могут плавать небольшими группами, в которых все животные связаны семейными узами. Более крепкие и сильные защищают и помогают тем, кто слабее, младше и т.д.
Шаркэкуины – живородящие животные.
У кобылы всегда рождается только один жеребенок, редко два. Рожают кобылы всегда в воде.

In length can reach 4-5 meters.
There are gills.
I pay attention that jaws at Sharkequine too remind the shark.
First, they can open under very big corner as far as it is possible (the top and bottom jaws are connected by membranes).
Secondly, in these jaws there is very sharp teeth which can be updated quickly enough.

On Sharkequine's land look as ordinary horses, except for color – it remains invariable.
Growth from 165 to 185 (190) cm.
Manes aren't present (actually, as well as in the previous look).
Gills aren't visible (as a rule, simply densely nestle on a neck, "masking").
The mouth becomes usual, "being tightened" (i.e. "masking" as well as gills). However at a smell a blood, the aggression, any irritant or when the horse plays, can appear even in horse shape.
In a general view looks as a massive, dense horse.

Sharkequine don't make sounds, well, unless except a sound of crackling teeth and jaws.

In total Sharkequine – predators. The plankton, fish and meat can enter into their diet. (They can sometimes devour "inedible" things, for example, any stuff. It is impossible to allow it since animals themselves harm also to the stomach).
They very gluttonous and eternally hungry.
The pain threshold is lowered.
The hearing and sense of smell, however sight at Sharkequine not the best are well developed, and at bad lighting or in full darkness "are almost blind".
Skin Sharkequineis covered with small scales, as well as at sharks.

Actually, in difference from sharks, Sharkequine not absolutely singles. They can swim small groups in which all animals are connected by family bonds. Stronger protect and help those who is weaker, is more younger, etc.
Sharkequine – viviparous animals.
At a mare always is born only one foal, seldom two. Give birth mares always in water.
